Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as clear and fair as possible with our cancellation policy while also honoring the time and preparation that go into each EMDR Intensive.

  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your total intensive fee.

  • Cancellations made 21 or more days before your scheduled intensive are eligible for a full refund of payments made, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 8 to 20 days before the intensive are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the intensive are eligible for a 25% refund of payments made, minus the deposit.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows made within 72 hours of your scheduled intensive.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 21 days' notice. We understand emergencies happen and will always consider rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
