You shouldn’t have to carry the weight of trauma any longer because of financial barriers.
That’s why we offer flexible options to help make this investment in yourself more manageable.
What’s Included in an EMDR Intensive
Your intensive is tailored to your needs and typically includes:
A pre-intensive visit to get to know you and build a plan together
Several hours (between 5-6 hours) of focused EMDR therapy each day, across 1–3 days
Support between sessions to help regulate your nervous system
Time for integration, rest, and reflection
Post-intensive check-in visit
We’ll walk you through what your specific intensive will look like and make sure you feel clear and comfortable before we begin.
Flexible Payment Options

You’re welcome to pay upfront if that’s easiest for you—some clients prefer the simplicity of a single payment.

We also accept payment through Klarna and Afterpay, which let you divide your total into smaller, scheduled payments. These services often come with no interest if paid on time, and approval is typically quick and easy.

The total cost of your EMDR Intensive depends on the number of days booked for your intensive. Costs range from $1500.00-$4,000 USD. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your spot. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your intensive time with your trauma specialist.
