What is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR Intensive is a focused, short-term therapy experience where we engage in multiple hours of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy over one to three consecutive days. This structure allows for deeper, uninterrupted trauma processing—condensing months of therapy into a much shorter time frame.

Who are EMDR Intensives for?
We specialize in EMDR Intensives for:
Individuals who have experienced birth trauma; Birth workers who have witnessed or been impacted by traumatic births; Medical providers facing workplace trauma or burnout, People grieving pregnancy loss or stillbirth; Parents or individuals navigating food allergy trauma.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like weekly therapy hasn’t been enough, an intensive may be a good fit.

How do I know if an EMDR Intensive is right for me?
You want to make faster progress on specific trauma; You’ve already done some therapy but feel “stuck”; You’re managing trauma that affects your work or relationships; You’re limited on time or cannot commit to weekly therapy

Is EMDR safe for me if I’ve never done therapy before?
Yes—we take special care in preparing you. During your pre-intensive consultation, we’ll explore your history and readiness. If you’re new to therapy, we may build in extra time for stabilization, safety, and emotional regulation before beginning deeper trauma processing.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly and do not offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. However, many clients choose to use BNPL services or payment plans to make care accessible.

How much does an EMDR Intensive cost?
The total cost is $4,000 USD and includes:
-A pre-intensive consultation
-All EMDR sessions (typically 1–3 days)
-Regulation support and integration
-A post-intensive care plan
-Optional follow-up sessions are available
at an additional cost. -
Do you offer payment plans or financing?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot, and all payment plans must be completed before the start of your intensive.

Are virtual intensives available?

-A device with camera and microphoneWe’ll help you prepare to ensure virtual care feels just as safe and supportive.

Will I need follow-up therapy after the intensive?
Some clients feel significant relief and do not need ongoing therapy. Others choose to continue processing with follow-up EMDR or supportive therapy. We’ll work with you to create a post-intensive plan that feels right for your goals and emotional wellbeing.
